CULTURE FIRST
In January of 2025, Vidl Work launched the new Tampa Bay Chapter of Culture First. This community is the largest global community of professionals who believe in culture first in the workplace. The goal of the chapter meetings is twofold –

Create connection locally between professionals and companies that recognize culture is the avenue to a better world of work

Work through culture issues together within the community
 
Culture First is different than other communities in that we prioritize authentic connection over networking and over business development. In thinking about who we might be interested in a community like this, I thought of you and your team immediately.
